What is your return or exchange policy?
You may return your item for a refund (product price only) within seven (7) days of the received date. For hygiene reasons, all items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. To initiate a return, you must first email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
How do I choose the correct color online to match my hair?
We recommend matching the extension color to the ends of your natural hair, not the roots. We also suggest using our detailed Color Chart on the product page. Because we have a strict 7-day return window, please take extra care when selecting your shade. If you are unsure, please email a photo of your hair (taken in natural light) to our support team for a personalized recommendation!
Are your hair extensions synthetic? Can I use a curling iron on them?
Our hairpieces are made of high-quality, heat-resistant synthetic fiber. This allows for excellent style retention and affordability. You can use heat tools, but please ensure the temperature does not exceed 300°F (150°C) to avoid damage to the fibers.
How long does it take to apply the extensions, and are they comfortable?
Our extensions are designed for simplicity. The one-piece clip-in design allows for application in under 5 minutes. They are lightweight and use secure, comfortable clips that distribute weight evenly, ensuring they remain comfortable for all-day wear.
How long will shipping take, and will the packaging be discreet?
Since our warehouse is located in China, standard shipping typically takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please be aware of this timeframe when placing your order. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked mailers for discretion, and the shipping label will not openly display the company or product name. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
